Diamonds may be a girl's best friend, but vintage shoes sure come a close second! Just like with all vintage, there is something so special and beautiful about vintage shoes. From glamorous 1950s stilettos to the ever popular go-go boots of the 1960s and of course the amazing 1970s platform shoes are always very sought after. There are also some stunning designer vintage shoes including Balmain shoes, Versace shoes, Chanel shoes, YSL shoes, Courreges shoes and certain collectable vintage shoes from brands including Dolcis, St Michael, Charles Jourdan and Dune.
Shoes are such a great way to express your style and really bring an outfit together. A pair of vintage shoes can transform a modern outfit into something more stylish and unique as well as adding an air of authenticity to your vintage or retro look. 1 - 1970s Vintage Cream Cutout Chunky Heel Shoes UK 5.5/EUR 38.5 (£34)
Gorgeous 1970s vintage shoes by independent shoe designer Vernon Humpage; made in Italy by Biollati. Chunky heeled slingback with attractive circular cutaway detailing on the upper in shades of cream, green and yellow. Fastens with buckle at the side. Brand is faded but there is enough to make out that these are by Vernon Humpage. Some signs of wear and a few marks, but generally in good vintage condition.
2 - 1980s Vintage St Michael Pink Stilettos UK 5/EUR 38 (£28)
Super cute pink pointed stiletto heels from high street favourites St Michael. Beautiful candy pink leather with scalloped edges edged with white leather and finished with punch hole detailing. Slightly coned stiletto heel approx 3" high. Sole measures approx 10" x 3". UK size 5/EUR size 38. These look hardly worn, if worn at all. In very good vintage condition.
3 - Vintage Balmain Brown Pointed Slingback Heels UK 6/EUR 39 (£120)
This is a stunning pair of designer vintage heels from the house of Balmain. Timeless and elegant slingback style with hourglass heel and elongated pointed toe. Made from a quality genuine leather in deep brown with three striped panels in graduated shades of brown. Marked size 39 so UK size 6. Sole measures approx 11" x 3" and heel height approx 3.5". These amazing Balmain shoes have been worn but are in very good vintage condition.
4 - 1970s Vintage Bruno Magli Purple Heels UK 5.5/EUR 38.5 (£65)
Stunning vintage heels from luxe designer Bruno Magli of Italy. Very pretty purple leather uppers with peep toes and gathered detail and dainty ankle strap with small side buckle. Finished with a thick block heel. Sole measures approx 10" x 3" and heel approx 3.5" high. Marked as Vero Cuoio meaning 'real leather'. These are beautiful glamorous vintage shoes and have been well worn but are still in very good vintage condition.
5 - 1980s Vintage Cream Dolcis Pastel Leaf Stilettos UK 5.5/EUR 38.5 (£24)
Adorable 1980s shoes from retro high street heroes Dolcis. Pointed stilettos in a cream faux leather with pretty pastel leaf design on the toe in lemon, pink and green. Made in Britain. Sole measures approx 10" x 3" and heel approx 3.5" high. Man made upper and man made soles. Have been well worn but still in good vintage condition and very wearable.
