I hope you have all had a great week despite the slightly up and down weather! We may not have quite made it to fully lifted restrictions yet as we thought, but I do hope you have still been able to return to some normality and socialise or get out a bit more. We have certainly had a busier week in the shop which is great, and you have also been ordering online so thank you to everyone for keeping us nice and busy.
As always, we have been busy bees at HQ - steaming, ironing, cleaning, prepping and photographing stock for the website and have added lots of amazing pieces over the last few weeks. Some of you are super hot on the case and some of my favourite items were sold withing minutes of uploading! VINTAGE JEWELLERY
This beautiful necklace from the 1950s is the perfect finishing touch to your glamorous vintage look. Unusual inverted pyramid design with 15 baguette shapes. Silvertone metal with full diamantes. Necklace length approx 15” and main pyramid section measures approx 5” x 2”. In very good vintage condition.
Amazing Vintage Inspired Acrylic Queen Brooch. We simply adore this fun and funky brooch made from chunky layered acrylic. Beautiful pastel tones of pink, blue and white, this absolute queen has her crown, earrings and necklace highlighted with sparkly silver glitter too! Silver metal rollover catch on the reverse. Measures approx 3" x 2". Looks unworn, in excellent condition. She has been super popular on our socials this week so I don't think she will be around for long!
Perfect for those killer 60s looks, we love these chunky ball earrings in retro orange. Clip on style with gold tone fastenings. Each ball measures approx 0.75”/2cm wide. In very good vintage condition. The perfect addition to one of our fantastic vintage dresses.
VINTAGE DRESSES
Gorgeous vintage mod dress from the mid 60s in a pretty mint green. Thick crimplene stretch fabric with a knit pattern and round trimmed collar. Short sleeves and darted bust. Back zip fastening. In very good vintage condition.
There is something so retro about black and pink and this floral print is so beautiful! Sleeveless maxi dress is a super long length - perfect for this stacked platform heels! Light polyester fabric with some stretch and fastens with a back zip. In very good vintage condition.
We love this beautiful vintage maxi dress in pretty purple and blue tones. The print is a smudged abstract floral with hint of white and the textured woven fabric has a full white lining underneath. No fabric labels present but it is a non stretch polyester blend. Scoop neck and sleeveless with a back zip fastening. In very good vintage condition.
VINTAGE TOPS
Make a retro statement in this super cool and colourful 80s blouse. White silky polyester printed with giant dots in red, blue, green mustard and pink. Full button front with collar and buttoned cuffs. Non stretch. In very good vintage condition. I absolutely LOVE this!
Gorgeous vintage blouse in vivid purple with a ditsy print in a lighter purple and amber. Full button front with round frilled neckline. Slight gathering at shoulders and long sleeves with button cuffs. Slight stretch polyester fabric. In very good vintage condition.
The perfect 70s vintage shirt in vivid red with a ditsy retro print of tiny yellow apples. Dagger collar and full button front. Long sleeves with buttoned cuffs. Made from a non stretch cotton with a slightly brushed feel. In very good vintage condition. Looks fantastic with denim!
VINTAGE MENSWEAR
Super retro loose fit shirt in a silky fabric printed with an abstract print with chunky spots in blue, white, burgundy and khaki. Open collar and full button front with short sleeves. Buttoned chest pocket. Non stretch viscose fabric. In very good vintage condition.
We absolutely love this funky western shirt from Doolittle Fashions of Wales. Classic deep navy blue with panels of horse and horse shoe print fabric edged with white piping. Full button front with pearlised popper buttons and matching white piping. Deep cuffs with three matching buttons and white piping. Non stretch cotton blend fabric (no fabric label present) In very good vintage condition.
I love this super cool retro sporty track top from 80s Gabicci. Navy and white with panels of jade green, looks great with jeans or tracksuit bottoms. Full zip front with ribbed cotton cuffs and hem. Fully lined. 2 side pockets and small Gabicci embroidered logo. Non stretch material. In very good vintage condition.
RETRO SHOES
Sweet and uber retro, we simply love these Retro Blueberry Wedges! They’re a strappy style with a platform sole and medium height wedge. Made from a neutral canvas style material and covered in gorgeous embroidered blueberries. The edges of the small peep toe box feature a stitched detail in blue. Team with denim shorts and a cute top or go all out with a 70s maxi dress - so many possibilities!
Throw on your favourite vintage dress and grab these sensational Retro Red Strappy Heels! They’re a classic shape with a strappy vamp, that’s giving us some major art deco vibes. Made from a gorgeous faux suede in luscious vintage red. They have a peep toe box, and the adjustable ankle strap fastens with a brass coloured metal buckle.
This zesty pair are our fabulous Polka Dots and Lemons Wedges! They’re made from black fabric, featuring a bespoke print of vibrant yellow lemons and classic white polka dots. Honestly I am completely obsessed with that retro shoe range! Many of the styles also have matching handbags and the colours and fruit prints are just everything.
