1980s Vintage Frank Usher Monochrome Drop Waist Dress Size 12

This is such a gorgeous and versatile vintage designer dress from 80s Frank Usher. This can be styled with a wide brimmed hat and stilettoes a la Pretty Woman or worn with a cloche hat and T-bar shoes for a 1920s/30s style daytime look. The bodice is long sleeved in black velvet and the skirt in monochrome stripes hangs from the dropped waist. There is a matching striped trim to the edges and the front and cuffs are adorned with gold and aprkle buttons. Non stretch and fastens with a back zip. In very good vintage condition.
