Collarless with button-down front with striking shiny golden buttons and fringed scarf detail at the neckline. Matching fringe in tiers across the skirt and fixed waistband. Side zip fastening. The luxurious non-stretch wool is soft not scratchy to the skin. In very good vintage condition.
